Sandra Hudeihed, P.E.
President & CEO
Sandra is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State, North Carolina State and other States. She is also an NHI certified Bridge Inspector. She got her master's degree in civil engineering from the City College of New York. She has more than 10 years of experience in Bridge Inspection and assessment, underwater inspection, Bridge Design and Transportation Asset Management. She worked in the engineering industry for the private sector and the Department of Transportation as well. She has experience in coordinating, negotiating, and consulting with a broad range of representatives and stakeholders regarding Engineering concerns and issues. She has leadership skills in resolving and developing solutions to move projects forward while building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with State Requirements.
Sandra has performed the Federal Mandated Bridge Inspection in several States and managed the Consultants inspection team while working with the DOT. She managed several Maintenace Design contracts as well and performed QC for the plans, specifications and estimates of the contracts.
Tarek Z. Khouri, P.E.
Managing Partner
Tarek has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate development, construction and engineering industries. He has been a trusted partner, providing environmental consulting services to public and private sector clients including developers, real estate owners, investors, facility managers and city, state and federal agencies and municipalities.
Tarek has a wealth of experience integrating environmental risk management with land use planning, resource management, and sustainable development to meet the needs and objectives of clients and stakeholders in urban and rural environments. He has played a key role in major NY Metro Region projects including MTA CCC’s LIRR East Side Access, Columbia University’s Manhattanville Expansion, Bayside Fuel Oil Depot Corporation Remediation, Long Island College Hospital Development, New York Jets Training Facility at Florham Park, LCP Chemicals Superfund Site and FAA Technical Center’s Area D Jet Fuel Farm.
Tarek has also managed a multitude of land development projects in Africa, France, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq and Lebanon.
Tarek is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, several other US States, and Lebanon.
Mohammed Al Arag, MSCE, CFM
Managing Partner
Mohammed has almost two decades of experience of experience in civil and water resources engineering including hydraulic engineering, drainage plans, design of Green, Grey, and sustainable facilities, stormwater management, flood control systems, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, GIS, site/civil design, FEMA floodplain studies, preparation of construction documents, Basis of Design Reports, CSO reduction studies, design of dams, hydraulic structures, sewer, and water mains. Mr. Al Arag managed multiple Green Infrastructure, Cloudburst, Stormwater, Resiliency projects in and around New York City, New Jersey and Virginia. This includes overseeing planning and feasibility, leading the design, establishing cost estimates and project schedules, and managing the construction phase.
Mohammed is well versed with local, federal, state, and international design guidelines. He also has experience working with developers, architects, construction contractors, design subcontractors, and various regulatory agencies and utility service companies.
Mohammed is also managing a multitude of Water - Infrastructure projects in Iraq and Saudi Arabia, and he is actively involved in national and international technical committees of professional engineering communities.
